Weekend To Remember Carrie - August 28, 2006
The weekend that Carrie would be missing for a whole decade our group traveled to Blanchester, OH along with several other moms who have become very close to Debbie Culberson to not only visit, but to join her for a ceremony at the Blanchester Police Dept. that was held on the disappearance anniversary. This was a very important weekend because of being able to see everyone who took time to drive up or over to visit, and to share stories of their losses and then to revist Carrie's last moments before she vanished. I hope everyone will take time to read my blog entry regarding this weekend, because there's simply too much information to include on this one little area here. For those of you who don't know, Carrie is the reason that our group started working with the missing. She is the #1 case and the one that I know someday will be solved by the grace of GOD.

Carrie Culberson - Missing Since 1996. The reason for all our work with the missing and the reason for this special gathering. We will find you soon. I promise!
William Peele - Clinton County Ohio District Attorney.

2007 Events Attended
In March of 2007 our group traveled back to Wilmington, NC for the 3rd annual CUE Conference for the missing. This year our group was given an award for our efforts with missing and murdered people. We were very suprised and grateful for this award. It was an honor for me to finally get to meet Patty Vaughan's sister (pictured far left). Patty's sister has been missing since Dec 25, 1996. Our group created a website for Patty just last year. FINDPATTY
Another highlight of the 2007 conference was Dr. Godwin's presentation regarding the 2005 disappearance of Christie Wilson. Christie's family also traveled from California to be at this conference. Christie's family were able to get a conviction in early 2006 for her killer, although her body remains missing just like Carrie Culberson.
