Vigil for Gene Stewart Saturday, April 8, 2006

Gene Stewart vanished from his home on Feb. 4, 2004. Our local news paper contacted our organization shortly after doing an article on him in Feb. 06 at the request of his daughter, Christy. We developed a website for Gene and then held a vigil for him on his birthday. For many photos from this night, click HERE

Midwestern Coalition For the Missing Indiana - July 2006

Our group was invited by Patti and Ed Bishop to come to Indiana for what started as a few moms gathering for a vigil for Niqui McCown in late July 2006, but it grew to something much larger. It's now more than just a group of women and women who decided to come together to support one another for cases where there have been convictions with no body ever being found, we now have other purposes.
