Angel Garden of Hope is a private owned and operated organization. We are not endorsed nor affiliated with any existing goup or organization. We do not take any actions to help any particular case file without being asked to do so. We welcome your questions as to how our group works and suggestions on how we can improve in the future. Mail-out remembrances for victims
Coordination of command post and referrals to proper search & rescue personnel
Angel Garden of Hope can only work with cases that are registered with the local law enforcement agencies, and those who have a direct family member who is requesting assistance. Angel Garden of Hope does not work with third-party investigations or those that are not approved by the family of the victim.
All requests and cases that are submitted to our group will be reviewed to verify that the case is or was active with a local law enforcement agency.

Does Angel Garden of Hope create free websites and message forums for missing and murdered people?
Angel Garden of Hope provides free website and message board creation through Yahoo/Geocities and Conforums, both of which are free web servers. Our group will set up a website for you free-of-charge and give you the passwords to all information we create. As long as the website stays on the Yahoo/Geocities forum built with the program we use, we can assist you at a later time if you should need help adding or editing information on the website.
Angel Garden of Hope encourages the family to become fluent in how to maneuver the website and message forum. However……..
Please keep in mind that if at any time the website owner enlists a new individual or program into the website that Angel Garden of Hope has created previously, our group will no longer be able to assist you with editing or adding information.
What if I want to upgrade my website because the free server cannot handle the traffic?
If at any time you wish to upgrade your loved one’s website, you will be given specific instructions on how to upgrade to a server through Yahoo/Geocities that enables a larger amount of traffic. Upgrading the service will cause the website to no longer be free, and there will be a monthly fee that you will be responsible for paying for to Yahoo/Geocities – Never to Angel Garden of Hope. You may view the various packages on www.Geocities.Com to decide which service you prefer.
Failure to pay your monthly bill will result in your website going offline. You will be notified via email from Yahoo/Geocities of any problems with your account, or by going into your account which you will have access to at all times.
Angel Garden of Hope is not responsible for rebuilding lost websites due to non-payment, so please make sure if you upgrade you are paying your bill on time.
I have a missing loved one who is not registered with the local police department, but our family feels something is wrong and this case needs circulation. Can you help?
Angel Garden of Hope is unable to assist with cases that have no NCIC# or police department that can be contacted in the event information should be received online. Adults have a legal right to be missing. If at any time your family believes your loved one is in danger, contact your local police and file a report. Due to legal issues, Angel Garden of Hope cannot put up a website or distribute material for a person who has no valid case file #.
What type of cases does Angel Garden of Hope specialize in?
Our group was set up initially for cold case assistance which means a case is over two years old and is not a real popular case. Our main focus is to try to assist with the cases that are still out there, but somewhat “forgotten” by society and the media.
We are not restricted to cold case files, and have worked on new cases, runaways, and even elderly patient disappearance cases. Our services are flexible to each individual case and the needs of family and law enforcement should they contact us. Angel Garden of Hope does reserve the right to turn down certain cases if we feel there is a conflict of interest.
Does your group physically go out and look for someone missing?
Our group has gone out on several occasions and assisted with ground searches that have been conducted by local law enforcement in conjunction with the community. We are not limited to just computer work for victims.
If I have your organization provide a service for me now that is free, will there be a hidden charge later?
Angel Garden of Hope provides free services on a first come, first come basis. We give documentation to each person who comes to us that verifies what services they have chosen to taken and that we will not charge them present or future for the services. Websites that are upgrades at the request of the families of the loved ones will have monthly payments that the family will pay to Yahoo/Geocities never to Angel Garden of Hope.
